Karine Guenan is currently Operating Partner at Ardian Infrastructure, one of the world’s leading private equity firms, and at Hy24, the world’s largest hydrogen infrastructure investment platform, to support scaling infrastructure, hydrogen, and eSAF solutions for decarbonization.

Previously, Karine led the Hydrogen Ecosystem deployment at Airbus to prepare the ZEROe aircraft for commercial entry into service. She also served as Vice President Financing & Guarantees at Airbus, overseeing global group financing activities, Airbus Financial Services in Dublin and Airbus Bank in Munich.

Her earlier career includes leadership roles at ATR (the Airbus–Leonardo JV) in leasing, asset management, and finance, and at Air Liquide as Head of Infrastructure Project Finance and Treasury.
