After 15 years in the French Institute of Petroleum (IFP) in charge of the Fuels, Biofuels, Lubricants and Emissions departments, Nicolas Jeuland joined Safran in 2014 as Fellow Expert and manager of the "Global aviation environmental prospective and low carbon fuels" roadmap at Safran. In this role, he is in charge of environmental prospective, including non CO2 effects, but also low carbon fuels development at R&T He is also Reserve Officer (Col) in the French Fuel logistic agency in charge of military forces energy prospective. He is also associated member of the French Academy of Air and Space and has teaching activities in various French and international schools.
